Okay – so I opened the e-mail and the artist representative was very nice and did not call me a knife wielding maniac even one single time. Then this person said that if the artist he/she is representing is selling prints on Wal-mart dot com, that is news to the both of them. So I googled the artist again and sure enough there was the link I saw the first time…
Except it wasn’t to Wal-MART dot com…
It was to Wall- ART dot com!!!!
I am such an IDIOT!
So I am now asking the representative some more questions and hopefully we will work something out.
Thanks for the encouragement to open my e-mail! What would I do without you?

At least it wasn’t wall-fart.com, because then I think you’d have some new concerns.
I’m cracking up because that sounds like something I would do. Too funny!
It’s stories like these that keep me reading your blog!
Know what I like most about you, Rechelle? You remind me of me. ;-P And I like you a lot, so….
Go girl.
Jules
Can’t wait for the next installment. You were most certainly in the right place at the right time.
Great shots! I am curious how it works with the Mule Man himself Will he need to give permission too?
I worked with a guy that had his picture snapped while walking in San Francisco by some stranger without his knowledge or permission.
. A year later he was on a plane and found in the in-flight literature a pictorial ad for a major over-seas car company featuring him walking in San Francisco.
He sued beause they didn’t get his permission.
He won.
